On November 5, 2026, we checked Pika’s pricing page, Kling’s official plan guide, and Kling’s Credits Policy. Pika’s Free table lists 0 monthly credits and credit packs only, alongside a no-watermark feature and no commercial license. Kling’s Basic card lists no monthly Credits and no commercial use, while its policy reserves watermark removal for premium functions. Neither tool has had a free-plan download inspected by us.

Neither Free Plan Publishes Included Monthly Video Credits

Kling’s current official plan guide takes the opposite approach: its $0 Basic card lists no monthly Credits. The separate Credits Policy describes event login credits, but says the amount is subject to the platform announcement. Their Published Watermark Terms Point in Different Directions
